The authorities of China have prepared the administration bill obliging power-consuming industries to purchase an electricity, made of ecologically pure sources.
The administration bill should pass discussions in parliament in the spring of 2005. Whether as has declared Dzhunfeng, the secretary general of the Chinese association of renewed energy carriers, "this law becomes the beginning of power revolution".
Working out of native sources of energy in China is carried out by slow rates, basically, because of their seller's price in comparison with traditional energy carriers.
